SilTanium has a three-year warranty on its flag ship product, GrouTanium. GrouTanium is a process whereby the floor is deeply cleaned and dried. Then ColorBond, colored grout sealer with Intercept® is applied in the customer’s choice of color. Finally, SilTanium TG, the only permanent, glass coating in the world, is applied in a single thin coat.
Since the company’s inception in 2001, we have never had a warranty claim in the three-year period from installation. This job had just exceeded the 5-year point and was due for a refresh. The surface was re-cleaned, the SilTanium TG was abraded, color in grout touched up and then a new coat of SilTanium TG was applied. The results are like new (see photo below).
